Name of Scholarship Sanctioning Authority Eligibility
SC / ST / SCC Scholarship District Adidravidar Welfare Officer The students of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), SCA and Converted Christians.
Minority Welfare Scholarship Tamil Nadu Government Meritorious minority community students can apply. Students should have not less than 50% marks at higher secondary/graduation level. Parental Annual income limited to Rs. 2,50,000.
Pudhumai Penn Scholarship Tamil Nadu Government Students who have studied in Government School continually from Class VI to XII

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS

SC, ST, SCC (Converted Christian) Community scholarship:

  • Students belonging to SC, ST, SCC community are eligible to apply for the Scholarship
  • All UG, PG, M.Phil, and Ph.D., Students are Eligible to Apply for this Scholarship
  • Annual Income ceiling is Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) for PG courses, No income limit for all UG courses

Post Matric Minority Scholarship

  • Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jain and Zoroastrians (Parsis) can apply for this Scholarship
  • All UG, PG, M.Phil, and Ph.D., Students are eligible to apply for this Scholarship
  • Students should have secured Minimum 50% Marks or Equivalent Grade in the Previous Year Final Examination
  • Annual Income ceiling is Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only)
