The Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco, also known as the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (Italian: Figlie di Maria Ausiliatrice; abbreviated FMA), are a female religious institute founded in 1872 by St. John Bosco and St. Mary Mazzarello.
As the largest congregation of women religious, the Salesian Sisters have over 12,000 members serving in 97 countries worldwide. Their mission is deeply rooted in bringing Christ's love to the youth through education, social outreach, and holistic development.
